Plew's has been fixing air conditioning in Twin Falls since 1976. The trucks are stocked so the technician can usually fix the fault on the first visit rather than order a part and come back.
There Is No Diagnostic Fee
Plew's does not charge a diagnostic or dispatch fee. You are charged $135 an hour for the time the work actually takes. That is a deliberate choice: a stocked truck and an hourly rate means nobody has to find something wrong with your system to justify the trip.

What We Will Not Do
Plew's does not run cheap tune-up specials and does not work from a flat-rate price book. Both were dropped on principle. A cheap call has to be made back somewhere, and that somewhere is usually a part you did not need.

Do you charge a diagnostic or dispatch fee?
No. Plew's charges $135 an hour for the time the work actually takes, and nothing for turning up. The trucks are stocked so the technician can usually fix the fault on the first visit rather than order a part and come back. Home warranty providers such as American Home Shield and Landmark carry their own diagnostic fees, which are theirs and not ours.
How soon can someone get here?
About 95% of calls are same-day, and you get a two-hour arrival window rather than a whole day at home. After 5pm and on weekends is time and a half, and there are no holiday blackouts: people need the heat or the cool whether it is a holiday or not.

Which brands do you install and service?
We install Bryant and Payne, and we are a Bryant Factory Authorized Dealer. We service all major brands and honor other manufacturers' warranties, including Bryant, Carrier, Trane, Lennox, Rheem, Ruud, Goodman, York, Amana and Mitsubishi Electric.
Is financing available on a new system?
Yes, through Hearth. Plew's sends you a link by text or email and you complete the application yourself; Hearth shops it across up to 50 options, and the approval, rate and term are set by the lender rather than by us. The estimate itself is free on replacements, change-outs and new installs, and comes back within 24 hours with the price in writing. Bryant and Payne equipment carries the manufacturer's 10-year parts and 2-year labor warranty, subject to registration.

Parts we fit carry a 30-day minimum warranty, sometimes a year, and Bryant and Payne equipment carries the manufacturer's 10-year parts and 2-year labor cover.
