Offers and Pricing
Every offer shown here carries its own conditions, stated on the offer itself. Prices and offers can change, and they apply to residential work in our service area unless we say otherwise.
Service work is charged at an hourly rate for the time the work takes. We do not charge a diagnostic or dispatch fee. Work after 5pm and on weekends is charged at time and a half. Home warranty providers such as American Home Shield and Landmark apply their own diagnostic fees, which are set by them and not by us.
Estimates on replacements, change-outs and new installations are free and carry no obligation. Financing is provided by Hearth, not by us: approval, rate and term are set by the lender. Manufacturer warranties on Bryant and Payne equipment are set by the manufacturer and subject to registration. Idaho Power rebates are administered by Idaho Power and eligibility is determined by them.
Nothing on this page is a quote. Your quote is the written price a technician gives you for your home.

Our work is backed by a 30-day minimum warranty on the parts we fit, and we stand behind what we do. Ask us for the specifics that apply to the work you are booking.
Scheduling and Same-Day Service
Same-day service is offered when the schedule allows and is never guaranteed for a specific time. Requests made through this website are logged as a preference, not as a confirmed appointment: someone from the shop will call you back to agree a time. We will always tell you honestly when we can get there.

Submitting a form asks us to contact you by phone, email or text about your request. You can tell us to stop at any time by calling 208-738-9944.
