There Is a Showroom, and You Can Walk Into It
The shop at 235 5th Ave. West in Twin Falls has stoves, pipe and equipment set out where you can see them and touch them. Choosing a stove off a website is a poor substitute for standing in front of one.

Questions Twin Falls Homeowners Ask
Do you charge a diagnostic or dispatch fee?
No. Plew's charges $135 an hour for the time the work actually takes, and nothing for turning up. The trucks are stocked so the technician can usually fix the fault on the first visit rather than order a part and come back. Home warranty providers such as American Home Shield and Landmark carry their own diagnostic fees, which are theirs and not ours.
How soon can someone get here?
About 95% of calls are same-day, and you get a two-hour arrival window rather than a whole day at home. After 5pm and on weekends is time and a half, and there are no holiday blackouts: people need the heat or the cool whether it is a holiday or not.

Which brands do you install and service?
We install Bryant and Payne, and we are a Bryant Factory Authorized Dealer. We service all major brands and honor other manufacturers' warranties, including Bryant, Carrier, Trane, Lennox, Rheem, Ruud, Goodman, York, Amana and Mitsubishi Electric.
Is financing available on a new system?
Yes, through Hearth. Plew's sends you a link by text or email and you complete the application yourself; Hearth shops it across up to 50 options, and the approval, rate and term are set by the lender rather than by us. The estimate itself is free on replacements, change-outs and new installs, and comes back within 24 hours with the price in writing. Bryant and Payne equipment carries the manufacturer's 10-year parts and 2-year labor warranty, subject to registration.

Plew's has been in business since 1976 and is now run by the third generation of the same family. ID HVC-C-1604 · Licensed & Insured in Idaho. Parts we fit carry a 30-day minimum warranty, sometimes a year, and Bryant and Payne equipment carries the manufacturer's 10-year parts and 2-year labor cover.
